This is what innovation in NIL looks like 👏
For student-athletes, there is nothing more valuable than being able to tangibly take something away from an NIL experience.
Too often, student-athletes are bombarded by experts on social media urging them to "build their brand" without offering anything substantial to grasp.
Thanks to this initiative, student-athletes can now leave with a personalized game plan and actionable steps to immediately put into practice.
For students, this is real life, tangible experience work that agents should be doing for their clients.
Conducting interviews with student-athletes to learn more about their interests, their passions and their personalities is a skill that every agent should have.
Then, being able to leverage that knowledge to audit the student-athlete's social media platforms and present them with a personalized playbook packed with guidance to build their audience and further engage more followers.
University of Missouri-Columbia Track & Field student-athlete Euphenie Andre, said, "I'm so glad I was able to be an experiment guinea pig for it because it was really, truly amazing".
Huge shoutout to Brandon Lee over at Mizzou - every school should be following your lead 👏
