ABACO VACUUM LIFTER - CVL600 I. EQUIPMENT GENERAL INFORMATION: - Vacuum Lifter (CVL600) is a powerful tool for transporting large material sheets. It is usually combined with a hoist to lift sheets onto a processing table or to move it within a warehouse or a workshop. - The most prominent feature of this Vacuum Lifter is to take advantage of the compressed air availability in the workshop to create the suction force to lift glass sheets, the vacuum force shall be always maintained stable during the work, to ensure the sheets not to fall off during operation. - The suction cups are made of soft rubber material which enhances the adhesion between the sheets and the suction cups. Daily maintenance of the main vulnerable parts of the sand making machine: 1. Bearing: Regular lubrication and cleaning of the bearing can directly affect the service life and operation rate of the sand making machine. Correctly select lubricating oil and add it in appropriate amount to prevent the bearing temperature from being too high. At the same time, in order to avoid excessive heat generated by the bearing during operation, it is also necessary to clean it regularly. 2. Rotor: In order to reduce the wear of the rotor, it is necessary to maintain the balanced operation of the rotor. The method of inserting the blasting head into the round hole of the upper and lower plates and fixing the inner and outer guard rings to the inner and outer circles of the rotor with bolts can be adopted to improve the reliability and service life of the equipment. 3. Impact block: The wear of the impact block is related to factors such as inappropriate material selection of the impact block and material properties. During use, it is necessary to ensure that the sand making machine and the impact block are equipped with corresponding models, and the hardness of the crushed material must be within the tolerance range of the sand making machine. 4. Impeller: The direction of rotation of the impeller should be kept counterclockwise, otherwise the wiring position of the motor should be adjusted. When feeding, it should be fed evenly and continuously according to the size to avoid the impeller from losing balance. In addition, the feeding should be stopped first when shutting down to prevent the impeller from being crushed. 5. Spindle: It is strictly forbidden to operate the sand making machine under overload for a long time during use to avoid greater stress concentration and damage to the spindle. At the same time, do a good job of lubricating the spindle, add rubber of appropriate thickness between the bearing seat and the bracket to improve the flexibility of the bracket and reduce the impact load on the spindle, so as to extend the service life of the spindle. The above are the main vulnerable parts of the sand making machine.
