Mentor junior designers, and manage a team of 5. 3) Lead: Content Details: 7-8 years in content marketing, 1-2 years in managing a team (preferably) Responsibilities: Make the brand's voice stronger, clearer and comprehensive amongst existing and potential consumers. The most in-demand skill set of 2024 is arguably content creation. My entire company is built on content creation which allows me to scale and grow faster than any of my competitors.
