Whether your goal is big or small, immediate or long-term, it's important to give it the time of day in order to move forward with what you want your life to be about. Don't put it off. Identify an action/actions you'll do today that gets you where you want to be. Thursday's thought... Deb xx As we forge ahead with our plan of action, it's always worth building in some pause moments. These pauses give you a chance to stop and see if where your heading is still in the right direction or not. Taking yourself 'up and out' of the detail and looking in at it from above can give you a new perspective, which may send you down a better path. So take a step back and ask yourself some of these questions ..... 💡 Is what I'm doing going to get me where I want to be going? 💡 Am I utilising all of the resources I've got to get me to where I want to go or not? 💡 Who else can be involved in this? 💡 If I were to tap into my imagination, what else could I do? 💡 Am I spending too much/too little time focusing on one thing? 💡 When I put myself into the shoes of someone else, what new perspective might emerge? 💡 Do I need to adjust/reset my timeline? 💡 As a result of stepping back, what am I finding out, and what will I do now? . . #WishfishCoachingAndDevelopment #love #coaching #perspective #explore #wellnesscoach #wellnesstips #podcastshow #SecretsFromACoach

Sometimes, we need to break away from the boring and mundane and the sense of ground hog day. If this is where you're at today, then celebrate the fact you've recognised you need a break.
