Lisa wanted to progress to a C-Suite position, she also wanted to: • Feel listened to and respected.  • Work in a collaborative environment. • Have purpose and make meaningful change. • Inspire teams and have more influence.  • Feel a sense of achievement. • Do things for herself for a change. But she was stuck in a challenging business, and finding it hard to see the wood for the trees to make the right decision about her next steps and how to be more successful. At work she battled with: • Spending 80% of her time with challenging people. • Loneliness, with no safe space to speak.  • Trust issues from past experiences affecting her.  • Feeling constantly anxious.  • Increasing negativity, thinking of the worst case. • Unsure of what to do next. This impacted her at home too. She’s the breadwinner and felt like the relationship was her responsibility. She didn’t want to rock the boat at home and couldn’t talk to her partner the way she’d like. All of this destroyed her confidence. So, after being recommended, Lisa reached out to find out how executive coaching works, she’s never experienced it before. Then, she stepped up for herself and into my Success Accelerator Programme. What happened in the following 3 months is remarkable, Lisa… • Improved the relationship with her boss.  • Communicated to get her ideas heard and valued.  • Created boundaries between work and life.  • Was more present for her daughters. They noticed.  • Had important conversations with her partner.  • Got into fitness again. • Began networking → Found a company whose values align → Offered an executive VP role, with growth opportunity to directly expand to a C-level title. She’s radiating a completely different energy, and it’s getting her results!
