Chief Nursing Officer - Good Samaritan Society

U.S. News & World Report released its annual Best Nursing Homes list, and eight Good Samaritan Society and Sanford Health skilled nursing locations in Minnesota, Kansas and Tennessee earned recognition as top performers in short-term rehabilitation or long-term care services. Congratulations to our leaders and caregivers in these locations! Just 19% of nursing homes nationwide earned a Best Nursing Homes badge this year, so to be among them reaffirms our culture of quality and excellence.    There are a variety of ways to measure the quality of care being provided in nursing homes, and this analysis offers one view. We work hard to deliver a high-quality experience for our residents, families and employees every single day in every community where we serve. One of the ways we’re doing this is through our systemwide initiative known as Sanford Accountability For Excellence, or SAFE, which is a high-reliability program that enhances our culture of safety. SAFE focuses on empowering our team members to speak up, raise concerns and understand the positive impact of their actions on those we serve. The program is moving the needle by strengthening trust and transparency across our organization.     We are privileged to provide outstanding care to seniors and their families across the Upper Midwest, and are committed to continually improving our quality of care.    Learn more: https://lnkd.in/giJzSaau
