🌟 New Event! Pathways to Opportunity: Career-Connected Learning for Boston's Young People
On Sept 25 we’re partnering with The Boston Foundation and EdVestors o host a critical conversation on how we can expand these opportunities for all students.
After years of intentional cross-sector collaborations, against a backdrop of historic state investment in public higher education, young people in Boston have more access today to high-quality and equitable college and career pathways, such as Early College, Innovation Career Pathways, and other career-connected learning options.
How do we, as a city and a community, ensure that high-quality, relevant, and flexible college and career pathways are guided by robust citywide goals?
How do we set and rally behind an ambitious vision that drives partnership and innovation to further build pathways that offer rigorous academic and work-based learning experiences and that lead to high-value postsecondary credentials and successful career entry?
Hear from education leaders, including:
Mary Skipper, Superintendent, Boston Public Schools
Pam Eddinger, President, Bunker Hill Community College
And a panel conversation with nonprofit, district, and higher ed leaders.
This is a crucial moment for Boston’s young people, and we invite you to be part of the solution.
