In this paper, we first explore existing deep learning CNN architectures and then introduce our own novel model, 'BBNet', which integrates wavelets and attention layers to enhance the classification accuracy of protein crystals. By combining wavelet transforms and attention mechanisms with deep learning layers, we aim to push the boundaries of what's possible in computational biology, offering new insights and potential applications in drug discovery and structural biology.
