Shoveling snow can be a great workout, but it’s important to take breaks to avoid injury. Use these tips to keep you safe: ❄️ Take Frequent Breaks – Rest every 15-20 minutes to catch your breath and prevent over exertion. 🥛Stay Hydrated – Drink water before and after shoveling to keep your body hydrated. ❄️ Lift With Your Legs – Bend your knees and lift with your legs, not your back, to avoid strain. 🧤Dress in Layers – Wear warm, breathable clothing to stay comfortable while working outside. ❄️ Clear Small Sections – Instead of tackling large piles, clear small sections at a time to make it manageable. Stay safe and keep your pathways clear this winter!
