Shoveling snow can be a great workout, but it’s important to take breaks to avoid injury. Use these tips to keep you safe: ❄️ Take Frequent Breaks – Rest every 15-20 minutes to catch your breath and prevent over exertion. 🥛Stay Hydrated – Drink water before and after shoveling to keep your body hydrated. ❄️ Lift With Your Legs – Bend your knees and lift with your legs, not your back, to avoid strain. 🧤Dress in Layers – Wear warm, breathable clothing to stay comfortable while working outside. ❄️ Clear Small Sections – Instead of tackling large piles, clear small sections at a time to make it manageable. Stay safe and keep your pathways clear this winter!

How to Run in this Extreme Hot & Humid Weather 🔥 1. Begin your run as early as possible in the morning to avoid excessive heat and humidity. 2.Avoid consuming complex foods before running, as they may generate extra heat in the body. 3. Try to run your speed workout on the treadmill if possible, where you can control the temperature. 4. Reduce the speed and volume of your run to accommodate the increased heat and humidity. 5. Wear a cap and clothing that allows for quick evaporation of sweat when running outdoors. 6. Stay hydrated by regularly drinking water and electrolytes during your run. 7. If you feel excessively hot, use a forehead/headband and wipe your neck with a cold, damp cloth or garment to help lower your heart rate and body temperature. 8. If you experience symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, or difficulty focusing while running, stop immediately and take steps to lower your body temperature. 9. After finishing your run, replenish with adequate water and electrolytes, and gradually reduce your body temperature. #MorningRun#RunningTips#HydrationTips#FitnessGoals#HealthyLifestyle#OutdoorFitness#HeatTraining#FitnessJourney#WellnessWednesday#StayFit
