Explore Below Start your adventure by finding the lagoons in the area. These lagoons are not only an ideal place to relax but also a treasure trove of interesting creatures, including clams. To get started, you only need a small shovel and a bucket to collect the clams you find at the bottom. 2. Selecting and Collecting Clams As you dive to the bottom of the lagoon, carefully select the fresh clams. They usually have a slightly flattened shape and a hard surface. Look for clams with closed shells or just slightly open, as that's a sign that they're still alive and fresh. 3. How to prepare delicious dishes from clams After collecting clams, it's time to prepare tempting dishes. Here are a few dish ideas you can try: Grilled Clams: Serve the fresh clam meat on the fire until they open, then sprinkle on some minced garlic, butter and spices. Clam Soup: Cook clams with onions, garlic, carrots, and potatoes to create a rich and nutritious soup. Today Continues National Culinary Arts Month While everyone's situation is not the same the act and art form of cooking tends to have rather humble beginnings. This is the very same for Culinary Arts as well it had a bit of a evolutionary push to be considered a art form. It all started initially from the necessity to eat for survival.
