It is with regret that I am writing this regarding extremely poor quality of services being delivered by M/s #SchindlerIndia. I am a resident of NRI GREENS, Vrindavan. There are 9 lifts installed in our Society by #SchindlerIndia. Many of the lifts in our Society are out of order for long periods of time. Despite AMC being paid by the present Service provider, one of the lifts of our Society is out of order for last 3 months. Also, as our Society is in the process of handover of properties, assets and finances from M/s SRP BUILDWELL PVT LTD (who is the present Service provider, including that of lifts), a survey was done on 24/6/2024 by the Head Engineer/Manager of the Agra region to know the present status of all the lifts along with the deficiencies. As residents are the end users and hence sufferers of poor maintainence of the lifts, and moreover as earlier stated that the Society is in the process of handover of all the assets as well as maintainence from the present Service Provider, the lifts being an important asset of the Society, the Survey report of 24/6/24 was to be mandatorily shared with AoA (Apartment Owners Association) of NRI GREENS, who are taking handover of all assets, properties and finances from the present Owner and Service Provider, M/s SRP BUILDWELL PVT LTD. It was repeatedly requested to Manager, Agra region, Mr Pushpendra to provide AoA with the Survey report but he did not comply even after 10 days of being repeatedly requested. A call was then made to Customer Care of #SchindlerIndia, who directed us to write a mail to SchindlerIndia assuring a prompt reply and resolution. I wrote to #SchindlerIndia on 5 July, 24 mentioning all the above points. A reply was received by me on 8th July, 24 stating that my concerns were noted and they were co-ordinating internally and would reply back at the earliest. However, till date no reply nor any response or any resolution has been made by #SchindlerIndia. The residents, most of them elderly residents, continue to suffer, with some of them having to climb 8 floors with a walking stick. Also AoA, NRI GREENS is completely helpless with no resolution being achieved even after 1 month of approaching their representatives. Amidst chaos and uncertainty, we must adapt, learn, and chart our own course. Navigating through the chaotic, bumper-to-bumper traffic in Varanasi is eerily reminiscent of the journey to self-development. Just as one must deftly maneuver through the city's narrow alleys and stubborn rickshaws, life's obstacles demand equal agility and resilience. The cacophony of horns, the relentless throngs, and the seemingly impossible gaps in traffic mirror the self-doubt, fear, and uncertainty that threaten to derail our progress. Yet, just as the skilled driver expertly navigates, weaving past obstacles with unwavering focus, we too must chart our own course, adapting and learning from each setback. The ancient city's winding paths, much like life's twisted journey, hold hidden opportunities for growth. With each triumph over adversity, we emerge stronger, our resolve tempered like the sacred Ganges River that flows through Varanasi's heart. And when we finally break free from the congestion and look back at the city from the Ganges, the sense of liberation is palpable – a testament to the power of perseverance and determination that carries us toward our highest potential. Success hard earned is just that much sweeter.
