Deliveries are evolving... like most things But it can be easy to forget. Especially when you are in the space bogged down by all the details. Customers are expecting more from their experience today than they did 10 years ago. What's convenient for the delivery organization might not always be convenient for the customer. Examples: - Specific location; enter through loading dock and go to 16th floor - Status updates; SMS notifications or tracking links - Timing of delivery; being late = customer churn - Proof of delivery photos - what else? Being a delivery provider means putting the end customer first. As their demands evolve, so must our supply. Whether that's with technology, service, or both. #hospitality

It's a significant chunk of our support tickets, Tanner Nelson said. It's a pain to do manually, Mirko Ancellotti said. We hear you. Say hello to our newest feature! Self-service discount code application. Customers no longer have to contact your support team to apply the code they forgot at checkout. You no longer have to apply it to their order - we're out of the stone ages. We're super excited to be swallowing another customer support ticket - making customer experiences immediate and automatic rather than slow and manual. Like all of our features, you can toggle this feature off if it's not a problem for you. You choose what changes customers make in Order Editing and for how long. What post-purchase support tickets are we not eliminating?
