Climate resilience is a C-level conversation and business imperative. Readiness requires organizational transformation from business & operating models through to skills needed and performance metrics. It also demands holding multiple organizational time horizons for strategy, planning & measuring

I think all the top 3 issues within the report have to be taken forward as one. The challenge is to advance action to mitigate climate change in the current challenging economic environment through innovation. What gives me a lot of enthusiasm is the fact that 95% Cxos believe that they can grow business while cutting emissions.

Despite the current geopolitical situation and the immediate economic outlook in Europe, sustainability is still top of mind of business leaders (luckily so for our planet and our kids). And the good news is that the mix of innovation, tech and ESG goes hand in hand business growth, also in Europe.
