[Interview with Lamjed - How does Delpharm develop its employees?] Lamjed has been working at the DELPHARM GAILLARD site since 2018 and joined as a trainee, mainly on projects relating to serialisation and the management of packaging waste flows. Over the last few years, Delpharm has supported him in his professional development, culminating in the position of Delpharm Excellence System Packaging Coordinator. This development was made possible by a 6-month Green Belt training course and the support provided by the site's DES Director, Pascaline Lefebvre, including weekly updates, dedicated time slots and 6S site management to put his training into practice. Together, Lamjed has been able to grow, develop his skills and gain in autonomy and responsibility.
