Christmas is almost here! The perfect moment to spend time with loved ones and reminisce about last year: the lessons learned, the memories created, and the connections built. We at Delta Life Science look back at a year full of amazing moments and accomplishments. Our 2024 included the official launch of our research device, the inQuiQ®, which we are immensely proud of. This of course would not have been possible were it not for our team and our partners, which we would like to thank. Whether you are celebrating Christmas or just visiting family, we wish everyone a wonderful holiday period! #DeltaLifeScience #Christmas #2024wrapped

How’s Jim? You Ask... Well, Jim Dukarm is alive, healthy, and thriving — in both science and dance! We are often asked the question: “How’s Jim?” (our esteemed and formidable founder) as he does not travel as frequently as he has in the past. And while we'd love to give a detailed scientific analysis, we figured a more fun answer would do the trick. So here’s Jim, captured in his most festive form, cutting a rug at our recent Christmas party. You can check out the video to see his moves for yourself, he’s got the rhythm and the science down! But let's not forget why Jim (and all of us at Delta-X Research) are so excited to be part of this amazing team. We’re a passionate company rooted in science, constantly pushing the boundaries. And we also know how to enjoy the journey along the way. As you can see, scientists like to have fun too! From all of us at Delta-X Research, we wish you a Merry Christmas, a joyous holiday season, and a prosperous New Year filled with discovery, innovation, and — of course — a bit of dancing! #DeltaXResearch #TeamSpirit #ScienceAndFun #MerryChristmas #HappyNewYear

One of these groups is about to be $15,000 richer. The only question left: who? Congratulations to: 🧴 Rose Beauty (Allison Ivers, Gianna Salvi, Alexandra (Ali) Bonadies, Delaney Cunningham) A pampering yet convenient skin product that protects against blue light digital exposure. 🌊 Drift-RMT (Cameron Vose, Kara Wittmann, Riley Desmarais, William Moore) A renewable ocean data collection device that uses the motion of waves for self-sustaining power. 🩺 Info-P (David Brown, Sophie Grondin, Cecilia Robinson, Matthew Harry) A revolutionary solution to aid in detecting urinary tract infections, providing continuous and accurate patient information. 🏡 After Grad Pad (Brandon Murphy) A platform designed to seamlessly ease the transition from university housing to city renting for graduating college seniors. 🛩️ Centrip (Avery Langone, Emmett Roy, Alexander Cruz, Axel T. Barretto Rodriguez) An online platform that provides a centralized location for study abroad necessities. 🦶 Trim-Able (Kyle Dimick) The world’s first Bluetooth automatic nail trimmer designed to help people who have difficulty using standard nail trimmers. Today, 20 teams duked it out in the semifinals of our Paul J. Holloway Prize Innovation to Market Competition, the Bud Albin Challenge. They only had 10 minutes to dazzle industry judges with pre-prepared pitches, followed by 15 minutes on their toes answering questions. Now only six remain to compete in the finals on Wednesday, May 8 in G75. Holloway is a pitch competition where students develop a business plan and explain how they'll effectively bring it to market. There are huge cash incentives to participating. 🥇 ➡️ $15,000 🥈 ➡️ $10,000 🥉 ➡️ $5,000 + $2,000 for being the audience favorite! And every team that moved on will receive at least $1,000. Even getting to the semifinals gets you something: the 14 teams who were not chosen to move on today will all receive cash prizes ranging from $300-$600. @UofNH students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends, as well as supportive members of the surrounding community, are all invited to attend the final showdown. We hope to see you there!

The Swedish Sensory Network (SSN Sveriges Sensoriska Nätverk ) is a collaborative network dedicated to connecting sensory science professionals across Sweden. I am honored to serve as one of the seven board members of SSN, where we work actively to organize events that bring together sensory specialists. These gatherings provide opportunities to exchange knowledge, discuss innovative ideas, and attend informative presentations on cutting-edge topics in sensory science. Tomorrow, SSN is hosting the Fall Members Meeting, featuring a special guest, the CEO of NOSA. They will share the inspiration and objectives behind their innovative products. But the highlight of the event 😀 ? A fascinating sensory evaluation using NOSA samples 👃 ! We’ll analyze the data in real-time and present the results to all participants. Looking ahead, the SSN board is excited to launch monthly coffee breaks ☕ for members starting next year. These casual meetups will create even more opportunities for networking and knowledge sharing. Don't worry if you already missed registering for tomorrow's meeting! 🌟 There will be plenty of other exciting events and activities to participate in soon. 🎉📅 For those attending tomorrow, I look forward to an engaging event together! #sensorytest #SSN #Sensoryspecialists #smelltest

Welcome again to YISITSO, where we delve into the past, dissect the present, and contemplate the future. In this special episode, we're marking the fourth anniversary of the Covid-19 pandemic. Join us as we reflect on the lessons learned and assess how our nation has navigated the aftermath. It's been a journey filled with surprises, from uncovering the extent of power wielded by our State Governments within our constitutional framework to witnessing the varying responses of state Premiers, some leveraging authority while others grappling with critical decisions. But it's not just about politics and policies. We'll also explore the human impact, particularly on small businesses, many of which faced unprecedented challenges and, tragically, some didn't survive. We'll hear stories of resilience and adaptation, shedding light on how business owners coped with the fallout. So, join us as we take stock, ponder the complexities, and ultimately seek to understand how we've weathered the storm and emerged, perhaps scarred but stronger, on the other side. Welcome to the journey.
