Product development is so interesting and can keep surprising you even after years working on the same things. A while back, we realized that we probably needed to reorganize the Lookback dashboard. Since we shipped the new dashboard over the summer, not only have we learned that we were right about that, but it's also turned out to be one of the biggest unlocks for us in years. For example, just reorganizing where Findings from research sessions end up made a major difference. Our customers are now surfacing more findings faster than ever before and that's what research is all about. Interestingly, it also created new (and better) problems. Problems of the kind that appear when things improve rapidly and significantly. If you make it easier and faster to surface findings from research, then researchers will want to carry that momentum through the entire workflow. So they'll ask for faster and more versatile sharing of findings. And for faster and more powerful ways to organize the growing number of findings. It's been a lot of fun iterating on these "old" workflows again! Thanks for all the feedback and keep it coming please! In the meantime, please check out our brand new "themes" functionality.
