World Mental Health Day is October 10th, 2024. This year we join the WFMH in highlighting the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. “The goal is clear: to champion mental health in the workplace and build best practices that create cultures where workers have the potential to contribute productively and thrive.” Today, in support of that goal we ask you to consider with us how we might get to a place where mental health support is affordable and accessible, we’ve forgotten there ever was a stigma surrounding mental illness, we talk openly about mental illness and mental health, and this is the new reality.
