When it comes to employee health programs, 52% of all programs are generalized. This creates a low participation rate as there is no accountability or customization to each person's individual goals. Furthermore, only 25% of all programs provide resources for stress management, only 22% provide resources for preventative care, and only 21% provide any form of customization.
