As I have just 2 working days remaining this year…it’s a perfect time for a 2024 Reflection ✨ This proved to be my most creative year thus far! When looking deeper as to how this came to be, I see key elements of alignment with a purpose, invitations to contribute, and the value creation of organizational development over time. And I had so much #FUN with my colleagues! - a year of learning for me with 4 professional courses (#PERMALead, #CompassionateLeadership, #PeterDruckerForum, #HolisticCoaching) - Continue Gemba: be close to the topics & people - Try new methods for creative sessions (open space, reflection cards, working outside, etc) - Highlight: seeing individuals & teams move from coping to flourishing through coaching - Lowlight: accepting my body needs more time to recover properly from jet lag - Key learnings: keep working teams small & close, focus on maintaining high levels of trust, and sense & respond over plan & react My confidence & energy are the highest they’ve ever been.
