As we approach the New Year, I want to raise a glass to my fellow founders and C-level executives. This photo says it all—sometimes, we need to pause and let the light through. This year was hard. But let’s be honest, it’s never easy. It’s not supposed to be. Being a founder or CEO means solving the hardest problems every single day—the ones no one else in your company can. That’s your superpower. It’s an art. The art of making tough calls. The art of keeping a steady hand in chaos. The art of holding a vision while the world shifts around you. So, before the clock resets, take a moment: • Stop. Reflect. • Celebrate your wins, big or small. Because you made it. And you will do it again next year. Here’s to you—the ones who carry the weight and still find a way forward. :wine_glass: Cheers to an even brighter 2025!
