I think probably the most common that we see is just being very generic and inconsistent. I think inconsistency is probably one of the biggest things. I think, you know, you could really pivot from a more generic brand just by refining your story, right? Investing in quality visuals. I talked a little bit about Canvas or Resource. I think that subscription is. 12 or $13 a month, not a big, you know, not a cost prohibitive resource, but it's extremely important in some of that consistency, right? And also, I think delivering some of that more personalized guest experience that aligns with the brand. And that may be, you know, that, you know, highlighting some of those unique aspects and even boiling down to something as simple as, you know, if you provide a complementary welcome basket, right, that doesn't have to be different for every guest, you could do that could be a branding. Piece that experience that that guest has with seeing receiving and and and having this welcome basket from your property could be part of your brand and that's consistent and then you refine that over time to be even better. So yeah, I think I think really it is more so the biggest mistakes being shouldn't just being generic and that inconsistency for sure.
