I've been seeing progress in my career. But it happened to me today. I realized how far I've come since graduation. I've been working hard for several years. And sure, it feels good when others notice your career growth. But there's something even better. ................................... It's knowing that what you've been doing is working. That feeling of seeing real results from your efforts. It's like a pat on the back from yourself. Saying, "You're on the right track." ................................... This isn't just about career progression. It applies to any goal you're working towards. Maybe you're: - Learning a new skill - Building a business - Improving your health The principle is the same. ................................... Consistency is key. Show up every day. Even when you don't feel like it. Even when you can't see immediate results. ................................... Because one day, you'll look back and realize: Your efforts have paid off. And that realization? It's worth more than any compliment. It's fuel for your journey ahead. ................................... So keep going. Keep pushing. Your future self will thank you.

In the world of jargons thrown around to sound smart, drawing boxes instead of going into the depth of implementation, and most importantly, calling those a system design, is absolutely unfair to a computer science engineer and the whole field of computer science. I can't stress this enough: people boast about passing the 4 years of undergraduate degree without learning much but still get placed in decent to good companies. The whole point of the lack of passion and enthusiasm to do something creative at a later stage in life stems from the fact that we never learn things from first principles, and the education system never helped. But then, for the most part, we don't know what we don't know. That being said, the last 8 weeks have been absolutely amusing for understanding how to build highly scalable systems from scratch. Arpit Bhayani has done a fabulous job inspiring curiosity to dig deeper, think about implementation, learn things from first principles, and generate that enthusiasm for core computer science. I can't love the field any more. Thank you again Arpit for instilling the curiosity at a much deeper level. I look forward to implementing those prototypes to understand the true value of the computer science research over the years.

Hello everyone, I am excited to share my latest project done as part of my PG-DAI course in CDAC with the title "A car damage detection model using the YOLOv8" framework. Key Features of this project: Achieved 0.51 mAP in detecting and localizing ten distinct damage types (crash, dent, dislocated part, glass shatter, lamp broken, no part, rub, scratch, tire flat). Transfer Learning: Accelerated model training and improved generalization capabilities. Streamlit Web App: Developed a user-friendly interface for efficient and accessible damage assessment. Impact: This project demonstrates the potential to streamline processes like automated damage detection, improving accuracy and efficiency over traditional methods. Learning Experience: Developing this project allowed me to dive deep into computer vision, deep learning, and their practical applications. I'm grateful for the challenges and learning opportunities it provided. I'm excited to explore further applications of this technology. Thank you to everyone who has viewed our YouTube channel so far! I appreciate your patience and continued support as its content becomes more refined as I hone my content creation and editing skillset (while simultaneously "spinning about 5 other plates", in entirely separate domains)! If YOU are embarking on a personal journey that involves stretching the bounds of your knowledge and competencies, and pushing far past your comfort zones (including your fear of peer judgment or embarrassment), I have one piece of advice I'd like to share with you. NEVER STOP! ESPECIALLY in the moments when it seems the hardest (because life WILL test you on how bad you really want whatever it is you are pursuing), or even when you feel like you're in WAY over your head. That is the EXACT moment when the BREAKTROUGH comes into view. The breakthrough, that last 10% of any effort towards a worthwhile cause, is all mental toughness and FIGHT. It is the very reason why we have accredited scholars and graduates who don't work in their chosen domain of study, and accept a position far less than what they were truly capable of. They are never told, "Just completing this curriculum and getting the degree doesn't guarantee you anything, it is up to YOU to be assertive and fight for your goals. Nobody is going to just walk up and hand you ANYTHING that is of true value". My ONLY regrets in life are the aspirations and goals that I gave up on prematurely in the past because I didn't see instant results, not knowing that I was missing one critical ingredient, "bake time", and was just "three feet from gold". You must discipline yourself to know that success is NEVER an overnight procedure, and it is going to be far from comfortable, let alone "easy and user-friendly". There is no such thing as luck, so stop sitting around waiting for it. Do the research, learn the required skills, and get "in the fight". You will be SHOCKED by what you will accomplish (and in short order) once turning back is no longer an option, and at the same time, those efforts will reduce the amount of time you'll spend ruminating on all the things you could have done for your family, your community, and maybe even the world when your trip on this spinning planet is coming to an end. "The heaviest things in life are not Iron or gold, but unmade decisions." Remember, the magic you've been looking for in life is hiding right behind the effort you've avoided investing. Thank you for your interest in Rehan School, my name is Rehan Allahwala, and I have been an entrepreneur most of my life, I have done over 150 businesses in 7 plus countries and failed in most of them, thus I claim to have a Ph.D. in failure. 

What I have learned is to keep trying and not be afraid of failure. Today humanity knows how to create Doctors, Engineers, Swimmers, and Cricketers, but we do not know how to create world-class leaders who bring change like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Edison, and Obama.
The most important work in the world, we leave it to CHANCE and we do not have a process to create the next Steve jobs. 
 We choose not to give a car to someone without training and license, we train people for years to become an accountant, a lawyer, and a doctor, but for a world leader, we leave it to chance, so NO MORE. I think there must be a way to make this happen, and we should not leave it to Chance or ACCIDENT for it to happen, and I Have set out to find, create, and implement a process so we can create a system that can help us MAKE the next Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. This is what this School is made for, It is an experimental school that will keep trying to make and find ways to create amazing future leaders in the world, who can fix the things that are broken around us that need desperate fixing. The world has amazing tools today like the Internet, AI, Computers, VR, and Mobiles, and the education system is slow to adopt these changes, We at Rehan School aim to use all these tools, use the First principal method, and re-engineer the education system. I aim to educate and create 1000 future leaders from my school, under my direct supervision, so that these students and future leaders can go out there, and make a better world for everyone, I am to create a Nobel laureate, Guinness World record holders, and multi-millionaires, who will be trained in doing so. If you think you want your child to become the next future leader in business and in the world of issues who will impact 10 million + Human beings positively, this is the school for you, but if you want a regular Joe with good numbers this is not the school for your child. Hello Everyone, Thank you all on the congratulatory messages. It feels good to be here on LinkedIn! 🙏 Today, I just wanted to share one of the lessons that I have learned in my career journey, which is about appreciating different approaches and learning from others. Something happened to me while in undergrad, it was an experience that opened me up to this. There is this friend of mine at that time; we were taking the same course, and I noticed how efficiently he worked on his deliverables. Whenever we received handwritten assignments, I'd see him quickly come up with impressive solutions. 🤩 Curious, I asked him about his secret. He shared a simple yet effective technique: maximizing page space! When given an assignment on a foolscap sheet, he'd extend the margins and write in bigger handwriting to cover more pages with relevant information. This made his work appear more extensive and detailed, without actually adding more content... yet meeting the instruction given on the expected number of pages! I tried it, and it worked! 🎉 By presenting my work in a more comprehensive way, I gained confidence and impressed my lecturers. It was all about being smart and strategically showcasing my efforts. Don’t get carried away with the story... 🙅♂️ We can be more effective and efficient at some levels with the way we are open to accepting different approaches to solving a particular problem... and this can only come through when we are open to learning from others. The journey becomes easier and faster! 🚀 This has played endlessly in my career journey. Yes, you might be right in your way... but there are more efficient ways we get to learn from others if open-minded. 🤓 Remember, being right isn't always about being the only one with the answer. Hello everyone, I wanted to share my insights from an engaging EDP session I attended on August 16. We had the privilege of learning from Mr. Manogya Jain, a highly knowledgeable professional who addressed our questions with clarity. During the session, we delved into the role of a Product Manager and the product development process. Key takeaways included: 1. Product Management: This involves the development and delivery of products and services for public use or sale. 2. MVP (Minimum Viable Product): The earliest version of a product released for consumer testing and feedback, serving as a foundational stage in development. 3. Stages of Development: We discussed the differences between PoC (Proof of Concept), Prototype, and MVP. PoC focuses on technological feasibility, while a Prototype demonstrates a business concept closer to implementation. 4. CIRCLES Framework for MVP: C: Comprehend the Situation I: Identify Customers R: Report Customer Needs C: Cut Through Prioritization L: List Solutions E: Evaluate Tradeoffs S: Summarize Recommendations 5. Case Study: We analyzed the design process of an instant messaging app. 6. Prioritization Models: We explored frameworks like RICE and KANO, emphasizing the importance of prioritization skills in various contexts. I'm eager to apply these learnings in my career and appreciate the opportunity provided by JECRC University & JECRC Incubation Centre. Thank you!

Assalam o Alaikum everyone! I've never really shared much about myself on LinkedIn, but I figured, why not start now? Life moves pretty fast, and I want to hold onto some memories from when things were really buzzing—my feelings, my drive, you name it. So, let me give you a little peek into my world. I used to be one of those kids who dreamed of being a doctor. Kind of a cliché, right? I was crazy about Biology and thought nothing could stop me from pursuing medicine. But, as they say, Allah has a better plan. When I lost my parents in 2018, money became a big issue, and my dream felt out of reach. But I didn't give up. I set my sights on getting a scholarship so I could go to college without burdening anyone. That's how I ended up studying Biosciences at Comsats University Islamabad. I picked Biosciences because I loved biology so much, but later I realized it covers a lot more than I thought. Before starting university , I took a year off, which really shook my confidence. To build it back up, I threw myself into university life—joining groups, clubs, and taking part in all sorts of activities. At the same time, in 2019, I started writing to earn some extra cash. I started small, but I'll never forget making my first 300 Rupees. It felt amazing. From there, I got more and more writing gigs, like creating content and coming up with marketing ideas. Around my third semester at university, I started questioning whether Biology was really my thing. I found myself drawn to business, marketing, and social media. Looking back, I think maybe I should've studied Business instead. But by then, it was too late to switch because of my scholarship. Still, I made the best of it, focusing on projects that made me happy while keeping up with my studies. Fast forward to 2024, and here I am, wrapping up my final project at CUI’s Translational Genomics Lab while working full-time as a content writer for CxO Global Forum. In the past five years, I've changed a lot. I got married, started a business with my husband, got better at creating content, rekindled my passion for studying, deepened my faith, and more. Life can be overwhelming sometimes, which is why I've decided to document my journey. It helps me appreciate how far I've come and all the lessons I've learned. Let’s hope we stay consistent with the sharing part :P P.s- this is what most of my documenting will be about. #FYP
