Devcon Construction’s Post

A big congratulations to The Kelsey on a wonderful Housewarming at The Kelsey Ayer Station! This project is fundamental in pushing the development world to ensure inclusive housing, and has already started to develop a strong community in the Downtown San Jose area!

We celebrated the opening of The Kelsey Ayer Station at our Housewarming! The event marked a milestone for our team and it was wonderful to celebrate with residents, community members, and supporters who’ve all played an important role in creating this community. We enjoyed delicious food from local food trucks, Mozzeria and Fire and Rice, and heard remarks from a panel of residents as well as our development partners, Sares Regis Group of Northern California and Devine and Gong, Inc (DGI). A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate The Kelsey’s first community. Your support means the world to us! . . .
