I am glad to present a highlight from our current project at Shark Software the Self-Care Portal where we have advanced with cloud telephony as well as unified communication solutions.   🌐 About the Project: We have developed a great working relationship and shared vision with a fast-growing B2B communications player looking to revolutionize the management, procurement, and marketing of cloud-based solutions for service providers. Together, we created a Self-Care Portal. This custom-built white-label front-end is now improving the digital self-service experience for SMEs in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the US. 🎨 Our Role: Our challenge was to apply style and usability to the front end and focus on improving the look and feel of administration and technical staff while providing a user-friendly and functional interface for regular users. It was a perfect job, and the client skillfully handled the back-end and QA, so it can be considered a case of mutual success. ✨ Technical Challenges and Triumphs: The purpose of this endeavor was that our team had no experience with several telecom-related concepts such as auto secretaries and hunt groups. Nevertheless, we had to face several obstacles, including high complexity, but we didn't waver. To integrate features into the system, we used technologies such as React and Material-UI, which allow users of different profiles to work with an intuitive interface. 🔄 Ongoing Development and Innovation: I don't like to use the word "static" about this project because it is not inert. The international version is constantly changing as usual, fixing bugs monthly and adding new features quarterly. Self-Care Portal promises to always stay current and strive for innovation and collaboration. 📈 Why This Matters: For service providers, this means providing and supporting high-quality cloud communications services that are not only efficient but also easy to use, modify, and customize according to service providers' needs. Hello LinkedIn! 👋 It’s Day 10 of my 20-Day React Challenge, and today we’re talking about React Events—the mechanism to handle user actions like clicks, typing, or hovering! 🚀 What Are React Events? React uses its own event system, called Synthetic Events, to handle user interactions. These events are consistent across all browsers, ensuring smooth functionality everywhere! Key Concepts of React Events: 1️⃣ Event Listeners: React event listeners use camelCase syntax, like onClick, onChange, and onSubmit. 2️⃣ Event Handlers: These are functions that execute when the event is triggered. 3️⃣ Synthetic Events: React wraps native events in its synthetic event system to ensure cross-browser compatibility.
