Last Friday we wrapped up the final day of our 2024 North American Annual Conference in Mayakoba, we finished up with inspiring sessions and unforgettable experiences! The day’s agenda included: - What Your Clients Aren’t Telling You with Traci Brown, CSP, offering valuable insights into client communication - Transforming Transactions: Unleashing Unreasonable Hospitality in Accounting by Jana Cinnamon and Keith Wrage, highlighting innovative client service approaches - Rock Star Customer Service with Steve Jones, inspiring us to elevate our service standards After the sessions, attendees enjoyed post-conference activities, choosing between a tour of scenic Tulum or a relaxing Catamaran tour. It was the perfect way to close out an incredible week of learning, networking, and camaraderie!
