What started as a simple idea to connect with our Jakarta team members turned into an incredible team-building adventure in Bali, back in August. Amid unanimous enthusiasm, everyone collaborated to turn this vision into reality, going above and beyond to ensure its success, even when it meant topping up the modest budget we were given. The 2 days 3 nights trip proved to be truly transformative, reigniting our team spirit and fortifying our connections. I noted 3 key takeaways: 🚀 Boost Morale: Engaging activities and "masterclasses" injected fresh motivation and camaraderie, fostering a deeper understanding among team members. 💪🏼 Strengthened Relationships: Exploring new places and immersing ourselves in nature created lasting bonds and strengthened our interpersonal connections. 🌎 Cultural Awareness: Experiencing different cultures broadened our perspectives, enhancing inclusivity within the team and encouraging mutual respect. Despite the constraints of time, resources, and energy, experiences like these are invaluable in humanizing our work relationships beyond the office space. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our exceptional team for their unwavering support in making this journey a reality. To express my appreciation, I've created a video to commemorate this unforgettable trip and to thank each and every one of you. 🙏🏼 Alex (He Chang) T. Trail running is one of the popular activities carried out in the summer, as the name suggests, trail running is not carried out in stadiums or athletic tracks in general. Trail running is basically a running activity carried out on uneven terrain such as dirt, rocks and mud. and this type of running is often done in mountains, mountain slopes or forest villages. Trail running has recently become very popular in Indonesia. The reason is, ordinary people can take part, without having to join an institution that specifically trains or oversees trail running. However, trail running still requires intense training. As time goes by, the trail running activity has now become a tradition with many fans of this sport taking part in various trail running events in Indonesia, and these events which have taken place a lot are certainly not far from the development of sports business management from variousretail company selling trail running products ranging from shoes, jerseys, running pants, hats, glasses, and many more. That, sports business management in Indonesia itself is a new study program this year at one of the leading universities in the city of Surabaya, and after graduating from the sports business management study program you can become a sports team manager, sports event director, sports product entrepreneur. and so forth. #Sport #Business #Management #Enterpreneur

Over the last several weeks there has been a partnership developing between Indonesia and Northern Ireland. Keep an eye on this page to learn more. We hope to post about a number of things: 1. Doing business on an international footprint with no budget. 2. Doing business on an international footprint with a language barrier. 3. What it looks like developing a start-up in this setting from the ground up. Astonishing Contrast 🌇 From the world's 2nd tallest mega skyscraper Merdeka 118 (centre) in the heart of Kuala Lumpur to the humble houses in Little India, Malaysia has a lot to offer in terms of experiencing the diversity in its citizens' lifestyle. 🤯 Now my question is, does it matter how we lead our lifestyle? And most importantly why does it matter how we lead our lifestyle? For sake of external validation? If so, where is the limit? 😃 #FreedomTour2024 🇮🇳🇲🇾

Is Pickleball the New Golf? Breaking Barriers, Building Connections and Networking Through Sport. For me, it just might be! A few days ago, I came across a message in a local Colombo Pickleball community group asking if anyone was keen to play. What caught my eye? The number was Malaysian. Without hesitation, I responded with a "Yes!" and a warm "Selamat Datang Bro." It turned out to be Ar. IDr. Ts. Ridha Razak, an architect from Malaysia who was in Colombo for a conference. We connected quickly, and Ridha even booked a court for us to meet and play. I was thrilled—this was the first time I had met fellow Malaysians since starting my gig here in Colombo. When we finally met, Ridha, Azli and I had a good time on the court. Beyond the game, we had meaningful conversations about work, the industry, AI, architecture, and even business opportunities in Malaysia and Sri Lanka. It was inspiring to see Malaysia being so active on a global platform and making its mark. But for me, the highlight was the chance to speak Bahasa puas-puas with them—it felt like a slice of home and helped ease my kerinduan for Malaysia. This experience reminded me of the incredible power of sports and hobbies to forge connections. Beyond the fun and fitness, they create opportunities to network, share ideas and build relationships that can transcend borders. So, is pickleball the new golf for you? #Pickleball #Networking #BuildingConnections #BusinessRelationships #ProfessionalNetworking #ExpatLife #MalaysiansAbroad #HomeAwayFromHome #CulturalConnections #PickleballCommunity #SportsNetworking #GlobalConnections #WorkAndPlay #BreakingBarriers #Collaboration #IsPickleballTheNewGolf #PickleballLove #SportsAndBusiness

#RandomSharing ❌ Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway (SPE) ✅ Setiawangsa-Pantai Roller Coaster Super High Weiii Have you tried the new SPE Expressway at KL? A brief overview, this SPE Expressway connecting Taman Melati, Wangsa Maju and Klang Gates to Federal Highway at Kerinchi, near to Pantai Dalam and University of Malaya. Formerly known as Duke Phase 3. Very useful if you plan to travel within KL area and not stuck with the heavy traffic on the ground. 👍 The thing is, this Expressway was built super high! It's one of few highways that have the double-decker flyover. Want to have the best experience? Take this SPE Expressway from Salak Interchange and head to Taman Melati Interchange. You will pass by Bandar Malaysia, and get the whole view of Kuala Lumpur from your car. Want more thrill? Try it with motorbike. Imagine riding a roller coaster, but now you have to control the speed and movement yourselves. 😵💫 I knew there are other highways which elevated higher than SPE. But, somehow, this one was designed in such a way that cause you to feel thrill. p/s: have you guys use this road? what do you think? thrilling or it's just me?

#LEARNED This is a learning i got in Indonesia, and should apply in more situations in life. I drive a car since i was 18 years old, i can say on daily basis. No accident so far. I have riden motorbike 2 times before, all together only few kilometers, but because of extra busy traffic, this was only choice to move around Indonesia. Traffic, especially in Bali can be #challenging. In car, you can easily spend 2hours driving 20km, super busy, so imagine, driving motorbike mean to pass cars from left, ride, sideways, anyhow, and all people on motorbikes apply same time same thinking😄. With my wife on backseat, first kilometers a lot of respect on my side. Surprised, i quickly got #confidence, gained #experience and I rented motorbike on 2 islands, drove few hundreds kilometers, no accident. What are #learnings? 1. I should try new things, to #develop myself 2. Its important to have respect for new, but also important to try new 3. Even without experience, people can succeed. Its about #giving/#getting #opportunity #namaste 🙏🏾
