Almost anywhere in #Nature or a jungle, a #Pack is superior to a single predator. We call ourselves #APackOfPiranha, an offensive formation against the predatory #algorithms that pepper the financial markets. We look for various levels of #collaboration, from #FriendsForTea to a #3LeggedRace, where we tango with the algorithms in a give-take combination. We look for #WhatTheAlgosCantDo in a form of hunting formation, like #StickingKnivesInTheGround for alligators to crawl over. Alligators don't have a defence mechanism, nobody has told them in 300 mn years, that they need to have a higher "Ground Clearance" to avoid the knives that might be stuck in the ground. We don't like to call it #Hiring, and we don't call it #Salary. We're recruiting a like-minded pack, little minnows (look up our Internship Programme on my profile), who we will convert into #piranha. We use #TheArtOfWar, the last time someone took a set of 200 concubines, coincidentally women, to beat the hell out of an army of men, perhaps 10x their size. We're very small, and want to "look #Feminine", so we like women. It helps when we're under-estimated, we look like a Herd, but behave like a Pack. We will try to internalise this language, and use the "shades of collaboration" laid out below.
