Presenting the DHL Logistics Trend Radar to customers, partners and colleagues for me is always a truly rewarding experience. 📈   In the last weeks, after launching version 7.0 early September, I had the privilege of sharing and discussing the most impactful trends for logistics multiple times.  What I have learned is that our stakeholders are leveraging the Trend Radar as what it is: a tool to provide Insights. Shaping Tomorrow. And, that the two focus trend clusters we have identified - artificial intelligence (#AI) and #sustainability – are taking center stage in every engagement. However, these presentations and discussions are not one-sided.
