Today, we launched “Strategy 2030 – Accelerate Sustainable Growth”, with which we aim to unlock the full growth potential of DHL Group. Building on our strong foundation, we are focused on service quality and decarbonizing our business while investing in markets and industry with growth potential above global GDP. All in, we strive for 50% revenue growth by 2030. As we double down on structural tailwinds for our business, we are also enhancing conditions for accelerated growth within our Group. We will continue to leverage efficiency gains through digitalization and aim to align our complex legal with our proven clear management structure. This simplification will reduce complexity and create a more agile organization, ideally positioned to capture the opportunities of a rapidly evolving logistics market. Regarding our finance policy, Strategy 2030 represents evolution, not revolution. We will maintain our balance between business growth and reliable shareholder returns based on our strong cash generation and balance sheet. Capital efficiency remains a priority, as we are convinced it is key to accelerate sustainable growth. Consequently, we are introducing return on invested capital (ROIC) as a new key steering metric for capital returns. As we embark on this journey, I would like to thank our team of great colleagues around the world. It is their dedication to our company that enables us to deliver excellence to our customers and shareholders. We will continue to live up to our purpose “Connecting People, Improving Lives”.
