📢 Here we go with a new work titled "𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐱 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬" published in the 𝐈𝐄𝐄𝐄 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥
⚡ In this work, we address a class of Nash games with nonconvex coupling constraints, defining the conditions for the existence, uniqueness, and convergence to equilibria.

This image portrays a combination of Snowden’s Cynefin Framework with Amy Edmondson’s process-knowledge continuum. This is the idea that innovation and certainty have an inverse relationship, such that the less certainty there is in a given context, the freer we are to be innovative with potential solutions.
In the elite sport setting, balancing evidence-based practice and innovation can be a challenge. Using this hybrid model of the Cynefin Framework and Edmondson’s process-knowledge spectrum, we can see that for some of the more routine tasks, we will have a higher level of certainty about outcomes and can therefore apply best practice as defined by the literature.
When tasks are less routine, more chaotic, and have higher levels of uncertainty about their outcomes, simply relying on what’s known and “best practice” may not be the best way to problem-solve. In these instances, we’ll have to be more innovative and develop novel practice.
Taking a cue from Karl Marius Aksum, PhD’s interesting proposal, we can dwell on the methodological variety we can offer our teams, with a specific focus on experimentation and contamination. Cognitive stimulation turns out to be fundamental today in the process of each player, and consequently in the process of each staff in implementing a certain method that leads the team to adapt, looking for solutions in a given context.
In this Rondo '7v7 + 3 neutral players' diagonal target zones influence choices on the court in an important way, stimulating players to actions such as diagonal passes and better body positioning based on these diagonal solutions. This type of stimulus starts from a technical-tactical aspect and goes to a cognitive aspect that leads the player to think differently, adapting to a different rule to score a goal, which is achieved if the ball passes from one diagonal box to the other and vice versa.
Another aspect of this drill that stimulated the player to make unconventional choices was the ability to recognize space, with the ability for externally positioned players to move inside using first touch when space was available, an outside position that had to be reoccupied by an internally positioned teammate (full-backs-wide corridors, were limited to 1 touch).
Beautiful equipment that integrates with the Aurora Payments#ARISE product.
