This is one SIMPLE habit that EVERY single person SHOULD implement into their work… and why! 🚀 It’s crazy to think that when I made my first trailer for The Diary Of A CEO, I used two sound effects… TWO!!! 🤯 Now, well over 200 trailers later… we, on average, incorporate… 🔥 82 unique sound effects 🔥 7-10 BRoll elements built from scratch 🔥 150 individual typed “impact words” And the crazy thing is… I can justify EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM! But this is a visual representation of the single greatest habit I incorporated into my career… adding a 1% gain onto every single project! Why? 1. The Compounding Effect - Small, consistent improvements accumulate over time, leading to significant personal and professional growth without needing to take huge steps… which leads too 2. Burnout avoidance - I am a firm believer that a lot of burnout is a result of lack of purpose, and a huge driver of purpose is ownership. The 1% mindset allows you take more responsibility for your own growth. That accountability fuels your purpose. 3. And this is a personal one, but as someone who has often struggled with imposter syndrome… when you can look back on your previous work and see that compounding over time… there is no greater feeling in your career... and it also gives pleasure knwoing I can laugh at my old work 😂 Ultimately, the 1% mindset is a steady, manageable habit that leads to growth making your work more fulfilling and impactful in the long term.
