I wonder if you have completed the SAPICS survey on women in supply chain management? It will be very enlightening to be able to gathter more data on this topic particularly from women working in supply chain management across Africa. The feedback from this survey will be shared at the upcoming SAPICS Annual Conference which is taking place from 9th - 12th June at Century City Conference Centre in the Western Cape, South Africa. Breaking gender norms and working on taboo or stigmatic topics are still challenging for most of the organizations who claim to promote diversity and inclusion as their workplace culture, creating a safe workplace for all their employees of different genders and sexual orientation, increasing female workforce participation. And the irony is most of these organizations take probono services from NGOs for addressing the gender based issues within their organisation, external member for their PoSH Internal Committee and sessions on promoting all their D&I campaigns.
