You have to protect your harness from heat? #CoroplastTape has you covered. 🔥 In hot areas such as the engine compartment of vehicles or other industrial applications, a wire harness tape with high temperature resistance is needed. In these environments, the temperature can rise significantly, pushing standard wire harness tapes to their limits. A high temperature resistant wire harness tape is made from special materials that can withstand the extreme temperatures and protect the cable. 🌡️Coroplast 8608 X does not only have the temperature resistance of up to 200°C, the glass cloth/aluminum carrier also reflects the heat and therefore reduces the temperature load of the cable underneath. 💥 Possibilities and Limitations in Fineblanking of Involute Gear Wheels: 👉 Fineblanking is one of the most economical processes for manufacture of spur gear tooth systems. ⚙️ Fineblanked gear wheels are more precise than hobbed ones and also run more quietly. ⚔️ Tooth shape and maximum tensile strength of the workpiece material limit the Fineblanking thickness. 🔔 Module,No of teeth,addendum and dedendam circle diameters,pressure angle and addendum modification coefficient determine the shape of the teeth and hence the contour of the punch and die plate of the Fineblanking tool. 📍The absolute loading of the tooth section of the Fineblanking tool cannot be accurately calculated. 📢 Gear wheels which are to be manufactured by Fineblanking must have radius(ra) at the transition from the tooth flank to the addendum circle and radius(rf) at the transition from the tooth flank to dedendum circle. 🎯 These radii considerably increase the number of parts which can be produced by the cutting elements. 📌 They are to be dimensioned according to the transition radii of general contour as mentioned in the VDI 3345 guidelines. 🧲 Considering fineblanking for your next gear project? #gearmanufacturing #fineblanking #precisionengineering

Unlike standard die-cutting, a rotary die is presented on a cylinder that an entire roll of adhesive film can be run through without stopping. This makes it especially suited to high-volume projects.
