FASTING while your body is literally full of CRAP is like trying to FLUSH A CLOGGED TOILET 🪠🚽. So many people jump into fasting in pursuit of weight loss. Here is the thing though. If you are fasting WHILE on a for example SAD ( Standard American Diet), and eat CRAP ( 'carbful', refined, artificial, processed foods or food like products), your body is literally overflowing with toxins and waste. What happens then is that your body can't literally keep up with the amount of toxins and waste it is mobilizing. It causes inflammation, dehydration and many unpleasant side effects. SLOW DOWN and CLEAR YOUR BODY OF THE "CRAP" FIRST. Deal with your constipation, or kidneys, as well as reset your body for metabolic success instead of causing your body more STRESS.
