Business owner one: has a great business, makes money, and has set themselves up for success but has sacrificed their body, health, energy, and relationships throughout the process. 🤔
Business owner two: has multidimensional success. They have built a successful business but still have the health and energy to enjoy time outside of the business. 🤩
I talk a lot about this because it's a mistake I have made in the past, and many of our clients come to us saying the exact same thing before they join the programme.
"Jonny, I've just been pushing the business to the point that everything else has suffered."
That may look good from the outside, but deep down, you know that you aren't able to enjoy the success you have built.
When you started your business, the goal was probably to have more freedom and to work on the things you know are important. But you haven't found a system that works for looking after your body shape, health, and performance while still growing your business.
It might feel like you have a mountain to climb right now, that you don't have the time, and that you need to wait until you hire a certain team member or grow your business to a certain level before prioritizing your health.
The point I want to make is that it's wrong. Getting in shape isn't a prison sentence where you have to eat like a rabbit and spend every day in the gym. It's something that, with the right plan, will complement your life and business instead of complicating it.
If you improved your body confidence, had more energy, and were more productive daily, do you think those you care about and your business would benefit?
I can guarantee they would.
If you want to become more like Business owner number two, implement the Built for Better Business systems, and watch your life and business change forever.
