December Reflection: A Time for Growth and Celebration As the curtain closes on 2024, it's the perfect moment to reflect on the 12 months that shaped us. This year was filled with goals, challenges, and triumphs. While December is often seen as a time for family, festivities, and relaxation, it's also an opportunity to evaluate the year gone by. Take a moment to: ✅ Acknowledge your victories – no matter how small, every win counts. ✅ Reflect on areas of improvement – identify where you fell short and strategize for growth. As others celebrate in clubs and bars, focus on celebrating your milestones in ways that matter to you. Review your 2024 checklist and take pride in what you accomplished. Then, look ahead to 2025 – write down what you'd like to celebrate this time next year. Remember, the journey to becoming the person you aspire to be starts with action. The best time to start was yesterday; the second-best time is today. Let's make 2025 a year of intentional growth and success. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all! 🎄✨

July Stats 👀 Meetings Booked - 33 in June 10 in July Looks like a bad month right?🤔 But attendance rate rose to 80% in July 🏆 Amount of deals closed from booked also rose in July! 🚀 Reminder to focus on quality over quantity, or both ideally & in the OOO seasons, try focus on quality even more, as the quantity might not be there! P.s. also shows getting your grandma to attend demos under different names doesn't equate to increased MRR, damn it nan... using that pension wisely

We are 57 days away from Christmas. That is the real date to think about, rather than what is happening in 8 days. Not because it represents the birth of Jesus, but because it also shows 2024 is on the final stretch-the year is about to be over. Have we hit the metrics we set out to hit? Are profits where we were expected to be? Did we make the hire we needed to make six months ago? If we have not, that does not mean you stop for the next 57 days. You lean in a little bit more, roll up your sleeves, and make as much progress as possible. As the elves were assigned to outsource a task to help with efficiency, they wanted to have a good time and have entertainment. Maybe Santa was not very clear on his vision, but I am sure that as leaders we can relate to our visions not being executed when we do not clearly communicate. Do not get distracted these next couple of months, but also find the time to enjoy the moments. Don't let the numbers decline, keep focusing on how to finish the year strong, and ensure starting 2025 in the best place.

But is it really necessary to wait for January? As 2024 comes to an end, it’s so easy to get caught up in the moments that didn’t go as planned or the challenges we faced. But when we take a step back and look at everything we’ve done, we realise just how much good there is to celebrate.
