🥳 We are excited to announce that DigiCare4You has been recognised by La Trobe University in their Research Impact Report as one of the most impactful projects of 2023. The DigiCare4You project was selected out of almost 800 research projects due to four primary factors: ✅ Its clearly defined pathway to impact; ✅ The scale of its reach; ✅ The potential significance of its impact for patients and caregivers; and ✅ The expectation that the impact of the project will continue to expand over time Consortium partner Prof. George Moschonis from La Trobe University said, “It’s great that the DigiCare4You project has been recognised by the University in the Research Impact Report 2023. Despite the project being implemented in Europe, DigiCare4You will be assessing the scalability and transferability of the solution, meaning that the results could have positive benefits for the Australian population as well. The first-year results of the project are expected in the coming months and I am looking forward to seeing how the project has, and will continue, to impact the local communities of people living with #T2D and #hypertension and what lessons we can learn for the future in improving the effectiveness of the existing models of care.” ➡️ Read more about the recognition and the full report here: https://lnkd.in/dabrWrSa __________________________________________________________________ Medical University-Varna | Harokopio University of Athens | International Diabetes Federation Europe | METEDA S.r.l. | Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH) | International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) | Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute | National & Kapodistrian University of Athens | Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna | Universidad de Zaragoza | GENUD Research Group | Monash University | La Trobe University | NYU Langone Health | Privanova | Ghent University | University of Medicine, Tirana
