Exciting news! I've been named a Rev Tech Architect, and I'm feeling pretty honored and humbled about it. This isn't just a personal win; it's a nod to the power of rolling with kindness, curiosity, and courage. Looking back, I wasn't in the SaaS game four years ago, and I was flying under the radar. What changed? I started sharing my authentic journey as someone with a physical disability. It's been a wild ride, and here I am! Proud of the recognition, but it's a daily reminder that success is ongoing. Every day, we've got to: Earn People's Trust: Trust is the glue in any collaboration. I'm committed to building and keeping it with my team, customers, and partners. Earn People's Time: Time is a precious resource, and I am mindful of how I use both mine and others. Whether it's a quick meeting or a lengthy discussion, I aim to make each interaction meaningful and time well-spent. Earn People's Energy: Energy is contagious, and I want to contribute positively to the work environment.
