3+ Years of experience in managing marketing campaigns (offline market).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing offline marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness.
Extensive experience in campaign management, branding, and brand activation initiatives.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively.

Responsibilities:
Developing Marketing Strategy: Design and implement innovative marketing strategies focused on offline market growth, including but not limited to, traditional advertising, events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
Campaign Management: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of offline marketing campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI. Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to produce compelling campaign assets.
Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth and excellence. Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Branding Initiatives: Drive branding initiatives to enhance brand recognition, credibility, and loyalty in the offline market. Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing channels and touchpoints
.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights relevant to the offline market. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and operations to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and drive integrated campaigns.
Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets for offline initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of offline marketing efforts. Monitor performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, vendors, and industry associations, to support marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.
