Hi, happy Digital Preservation Day. I'm Marina but the Digital Preservation Manager at the Irish Film Institute Archive in Dublin. To facilitate our collection management workflows, we use IIS scripts and open source digital preservation tool which the IFI built and maintains. This allows us to automate many tasks involving the ingest, appraisal, packaging, validation and movement of our digital assets. We rely on our LTO tape library system for the long term preservation of our assets. They are currently preserved on LTO 8 tapes and we are migrating some earlier material from LTO 6 as well. I I'm Amy, I am a digital deliveries officer here at the Irish Film Archive. I accept materials that are deposited on behalf of Commissioner Man's Green Island and the Arts Council. And it is. Full films and television that has been funded by those companies, organisations. So we are Q seeing a DCP. So we're using CDCP player to do that. So it's basically just running a validation to make sure that the metadata and the files are all formatted correctly. Happy World Digital Preservation Day from the Irish Film Institute Archive.
