Digital Workplace Group’s Post

Unlocking the power of Microsoft Copilot: Key recommendations for success     Implementing Microsoft Copilot can transform your organization's productivity and efficiency. We have a wealth of resources available to our members on this topic at Digital Workplace Group, and a recent discussion included these key recommendations to maximize its benefits:    👩✈️ Engagement and training:  Regularly scheduled office hours with open discussions and support can help effectively engage users and address their questions and challenges. Establishing a Gen AI Champions Group to share knowledge and success stories, as well as provide peer support is highly beneficial. 👩✈️ Content management:  Documents should be saved in accessible locations like OneDrive or SharePoint for Copilot to function effectively. Employees need to be educated on the importance of saving documents in the cloud. Content should be regularly updated and maintained to ensure it is current and accurate, maximizing Copilot's effectiveness. We love content governance at DWG! 👩✈️ Feedback and iteration:  User stories should be collected and shared to demonstrate the practical benefits and value of Copilot, helping to gain leadership support and drive wider adoption. User feedback should be collected and fed back to Microsoft to address issues and improve features, ensuring the tool evolves to meet user needs. 👩✈️ Measuring ROI:  Control groups can be used to compare the performance of users with and without Copilot, helping to quantify the benefits and make a strong business case. Specific metrics like time savings, quality improvements and user satisfaction should be the focus, to provide a clearer picture of the ROI. These strategies will help to effectively implement and maximize the benefits of Microsoft Copilot within your organization.    With Digital Workplace Group, members can see best-in-class case studies and hear first-hand experiences.     Don’t journey alone.
