Lead Nurturing and Client Feedback: ○ Reach out to leads after initial interaction to gather feedback and further nurture relationships. ○ Collect, analyze, and organize feedback to identify service improvement opportunities. ○ Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to address client concerns and improve the overall client experience. ○ Prepare regular reports on client feedback and propose actionable improvements to management. 5. Strategy Development and Reporting: ○ Work with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and engagement strategies based on insights from community interactions. ○ Use data from CRM tools and follow-up efforts to create reports on lead quality, client feedback, and community engagement. ○ Regularly analyze the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

They will ask for designations like VP/AVP/SVP even if you are a team of 5 3. They call their team members ‘Users’ 4. They will ask for PPC/Bark budget way above their sales target - Unable to hit any numbers with other leads 5. They will keep saying we will hit break even in 4-6 months 6. They will undersell products/services (They’d happily sell a mobile application for $2000) 7. They have absolutely no idea about current or trending technologies 8. Still relying on Logo Design, Social Media and Websites as their core services 9. Not willing to learn or reason with logic 10. Will always act like the showrunner If they fit 3 or more points, RUN!!
