This is definitely worth a watch. In 20+ years of being directly in the contact center operations and associated technology space, I've never seen a "one-size-fits-all solution", especially for Large Enterprises. Approximately 70% of Large Enterprise contact center seats are still on-premise, and the next 3 years will determine the shift to public cloud and the challenges it may bring. Contrary to what some ISVs suggest, the choice between full public cloud and alternative solutions like on-premise or private-cloud should be carefully evaluated based on criteria such as depth of requirements, cloud vendor lock-in risk, and unique expense factors related to public cloud (e.g. transaction/volume-based API costs).
