HR professionals and recruiters are most often required to be in the office, with more than 40% of vacancies in these categories requiring full or partial office presence. Following them are C-level and managerial positions, with 32% and 31%, respectively. Among developers, those specializing in C++ and Embedded systems are most often expected to work in the office. The share of office vacancies for these roles is twice the average (35%), likely because the work often involves handling physical devices. Data analysts are also more frequently expected to be in the office compared to other scientists or engineers, with 34% of office vacancies compared to 20% for all data-related categories. This is likely because analysts are often needed in product companies, which tend to be office-based.

Ability to credibly explain and document the design and configuration process of MyID. Training Program: Contribute to the development and implementation of a training program aimed at equipping engineers with the skills required to work effectively with MyID. Independence from Subcontractors: Take a lead role in reducing dependence on subcontractors by bringing internal expertise in #MyIDsystemarchitecture, design, and issue resolution. O&M Stage Experience: Showcase experience with programs in the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) stage, highlighting your ability to address post-implementation challenges, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements. Engineering Discipline Improvement: Provide examples of instances where you exercised a specific engineering discipline and identified areas for process improvement. In particular, demonstrate your understanding of System Engineering 101 principles, including requirements, functional diagrams, and system element mapping.
