My routine on catering day for JD Classics: Morning Prep 5:00 AM: Start the day with coffee and a schedule review. 6:00 AM: Check fresh produce and ingredients. 7:00 AM: Team briefing. Cooking and Assembly 8:00 AM: Prepping dishes, quality checks, and taste tests. 11:00 AM: Do a test plate to check presentation of the food. On-Site Setup 12:00 PM: Load vans and head to the venue. 1:00 PM: Set up service stations. Event Time 2:00 PM: Final touch-ups. 3:00 PM: Serve guests and handle requests. Wrap-Up 7:00 PM: Pack up and clean the site. 8:00 PM: Reflect on the day and plan for the next. The time and effort that goes into each event are immense, but seeing happy guests makes it all worth it. It's all about the passion, the hustle, and the satisfaction of delivering unforgettable experiences.
