This really struck me this morning...it reminded me of a fundamental leadership quality...patience. When you're faced with a frustrating situation, whether professional or personal, take a breath...take a BIG breath. Humans need time to process. Complex challenges are not solved in a minute or an hour or even a day. How you react to these situations makes a difference for everyone around you. Set the tone. Lead by example.
