Flutter 3.24 is out. My thoughts: - New Sliver (I used Sliver in some cases, but is not a big change for me) - 2 Dimensional scrollable nice to have for tables - CarouselView looks great, many libraries in pub.dev have a similar effect, but it is nice to have a native solution - Multi-view embedding, I need to test this in our current application, it seems something that we need it - Swift package manager, I need it, I don't like Cocoapods - ⭐️ My favorite ones: DevTools and IDE, more features/improvements are welcome for profiling Very impressive all the changes that are made, even difficult to understand the "small" changes that will have an impact: https://lnkd.in/evNEPfA3 What do you think? #flutterdev

A simple login screen project with Flutter

Goodbye, Flutter. This seems to be the beginning of the end. The Flutter Foundation is launching Flock, a new fork designed to address resource allocation challenges and accelerate development across multiple platforms. The goal of Flock is to strengthen community contributions, fix bugs faster and increase Flutter's flexibility in the open source space. It will be very difficult for developers to decide which framework to use: Flutter or Flock. And we will see how Flock compares to Flutter in the future. All good things, but there are so many equivalent (or better) options for developers that I think Flutter will be on the decline by now. https://lnkd.in/dztGtBih
