This week- e Choke. I worked out of town so i missed home. But the driving force was that I rolled out a new service to a Client. Let me tell you why i am excited about it. So I would usually perfect a skill or process before I roll out a new service to a Client. Today I can offer many services but it wasn't like this a few years ago when I started Rockhill Consulting Ltd 4 years ago, I started with a MVP bundle of just 4 services and it's still my most purchased service. That means there were some services i couldnt offer then but i can confidently offer them now. Why? Because I grew. I remember one time when I was impatient with learning a certain skill and a Senior Colleague shared this with me. He said “𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐧, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐮𝐦”. WORDS ON MARBLE. I sure got a premium this week. I was stressed but I know the next time I offer this service, I would be more efficient at it. Keep on perfecting that process. Keep on perfecting that skill. Keep on keeping on. And when you are ready the market will pay you the premium you deserve. Don’t give up. You bear fruit in 30, 60 and 100 folds WHEN YOU LEARN IN PATIENCE. Learn patiently. Share a time in your career where you were frustrated with your career process but you eventually learned in patience and now you are a maestro.
