//WHY ARE SO MANY INNOVATION LABS NOT DELIVERING RESULTS We see it over and over again. Highly motivated expert teams start with tons of budgets and try to build the next innovation. And then, sometimes less than two years later, they are getting closed down. And it's not because they were not experienced enough. The way we innovate is fundamentally broken. We urgently need a shift here. And we are here to change that. P.S. I have reached my 30K Connections limit. Hey Dipl.-Ing. Lars Behrendt . I totally agree to your approach. The main challenge in corporate environment I experience is, that it is nearly impossible to get a good, diverse team out of their daily business duties and let them work on experiments full time for 1 week. I am happy when we achieve 2 days. What is your experience on that and how to takle this issue?
While these two frameworks are widely adopted, their success heavily depends on how effectively they are implemented. The rapid-fire model accelerates the process, but what’s often overlooked is deeper integration with the core business and a more agile feedback loop. To achieve higher success rates, it’s crucial to strike a balance between fast experimentation and alignment with long-term strategic goals. When rapid innovation is paired with clear, measurable outcomes and cross-functional collaboration from the outset, it can lead to more sustained and impactful results.
