National Apprenticeship Week 🎉
This year we launched our first ever apprenticeship scheme and we welcomed Matthew, Toni and Daina into Silverbean as our new apprentices across affiliate marketing and shared services 👩🎓 👨🎓

In our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion 2024 survey we found that in the past 12 months we have had an increased diversity of educational backgrounds 📈
Last year, we found the majority of our employees highest level of education were bachelor degrees, but with the introduction of our apprenticeship scheme, development of our Employer Value Proposition and talent attraction strategies, we have seen more variety of highest education from A/Levels & diplomas to masters degrees - which is fantastic for diversity as we're building a team with different lived experiences and ideas to bring to the table 🌍
